Plunge is built on, or can download, the following. Each belongs to its own authors and is used under its own licence.

Included in the app

• Inter typeface, by The Inter Project Authors, under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
• pywebview, which provides the app window, under the BSD 3-Clause licence. It uses Microsoft's WebView2 runtime that is installed on your computer, under Microsoft's licence terms, and pythonnet (MIT).
• Python runtime, under the Python Software Foundation licence.
• PyInstaller, used to package the app. Its bootloader is under the GPL-2.0 licence with an exception that allows distributing the packaged app.

Downloaded or used only when you choose

• UEVR by praydog and contributors (https://github.com/praydog/UEVR). Plunge downloads it from the official releases page only when you click to install it. It is not part of Plunge. See its repository for its licence.
• universal-modder (https://github.com/rehan-remade/universal-modder), an MIT-licensed toolkit your AI coding agent may use. It is not included in Plunge.
• Programs bundled inside a profile that someone else made are listed inside that profile, with their authors and licences. They are not part of Plunge.

Trademarks

Steam and Valve, Meta and Quest, Unreal Engine, Unity, Godot, and all game names are trademarks of their owners. Plunge is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
